Welcome to Broken Oslo. These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) govern your use of the website brokenoslo.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through it.
By accessing the Site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.

Broken Oslo operates in accordance with Norwegian and EU consumer protection laws, including the Norwegian Angrerettloven and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
2. General Conditions
By using our Site or purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or misuse of our products or services.
All products remain the property of Broken Oslo until full payment has been received.
3. Products and Availability
We aim to display our products, descriptions, and colors as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screen settings and production processes, minor variations may occur.
All products are subject to availability. Broken Oslo reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices on brokenoslo.com are listed in EUR (€) or the local currency displayed at checkout.
Prices include VAT for customers within the EU and EEA.
For customers outside these regions (such as the UK, US, or Canada), prices exclude customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees, which may be charged separately by your local authorities.
Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna, and PayPal (depending on your location).
All transactions are securely processed by trusted third-party payment providers. Broken Oslo does not store your credit card details.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Broken Oslo ships globally from our automated warehouse outside Oslo.
Shipping rates, delivery options, and estimated times are shown during checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email.
Broken Oslo is not liable for delivery delays caused by customs, courier errors, or external circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds
Customers within the European Economic Area (EEA) have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with EU and Norwegian law.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To make returns simple and transparent, Broken Oslo charges a €20 (or equivalent) return fee, deducted from your refund.
Prepaid duties and taxes are non-refundable, and original shipping costs are not reimbursed.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Broken Oslo will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
8. Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time, Broken Oslo may offer special promotions or discount codes.
These are valid only during the stated period and cannot be combined with other promotions, used on past purchases, or applied after checkout.
We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or limit promotions at any time without notice.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including logos, images, text, graphics, and product designs — is the property of Broken Bones AS and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials from this Site without prior written consent from Broken Oslo.
10. Limitation of Liability
Broken Oslo is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site, services, or products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes arising from your use of the Site or purchases made through it shall be handled by the courts of Norway, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection regulations.

13.Mobile Terms of Service
We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Broken Bones AS’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Broken Bones AS through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Broken Bones AS. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Broken Oslo or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Broken Bones AS mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
14. Changes to These Terms
Broken Oslo may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or business changes. The latest version will always be available at brokenoslo.com, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
