If your parcel is delayed or lost, please contact support@brokenoslo.com and we’ll assist immediately.

We offer reliable, tracked international delivery directly from our warehouse in Norway using:

• EU & UK: UPS Standard, UPS Express Saver & DHL Express (3–5 business days)
• US: UPS Express (2–3 business days)

All international orders include prepaid duties and taxes, so there are no hidden fees or customs charges upon delivery.

Tracking details will be provided by email once your order is dispatched.

All duties and taxes for international shipments are prepaid by Broken Oslo — you’ll never be charged additional import fees upon delivery.

Prepaid duties and taxes are non-refundable in the event of a return.

You may return items within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@brokenoslo.com for instructions and a prepaid return label. A €20 return shipping fee (or equivalent in your local currency) will be deducted from your refund.

If an item is defective or incorrect, Broken Oslo covers all return costs in full.
